Job Summary:

Senior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the requirements gathering process and translate business needs into structured BRD (Business Requirement Document) and FRD (Functional Requirement Document).
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
• Provide strategic input and analysis for web and mobile (native and hybrid) application development.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment across all project stages.
• Work in alignment with Agile methodologies using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello.

Requirements:

• Solid understanding of both frontend (HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and backend architecture and functionality
• Deep knowledge of mobile app development, including native (iOS/Android) and hybrid frameworks like React Native and Flutter
• Practical experience with API analysis, data mapping, and basic database concepts
• Strong proficiency with project management and collaboration tools: JIRA, Trello, Confluence

Educational Qualification

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• BCA / MCA with strong technical exposure and proven analytical experience
