Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years of experience in analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and supporting solution delivery across complex projects. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong stakeholder engagement skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document business objectives, requirements, processes, and challenges. Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Analyze and model current-state and future-state processes (using BPMN, flowcharts, etc.). Work closely with product managers, solution architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Support solution design, ensuring alignment with business requirements and organizational goals. Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue tracking with stakeholders and testers. Conduct impact analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments as part of change management initiatives. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of key business milestones. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure mutual understanding. Continuously identify improvement opportunities and contribute to process optimization and innovation. ________________________________________ Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT, consulting, or business transformation environments. Strong experience with requirements gathering, business process modeling, and stakeholder management. Proficiency in tools such as: JIRA / Confluence Microsoft Visio / Lucidchart Excel, PowerPoint Balsamiq / Figma / Wireframing tools (optional) Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies. Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, and user stories. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
