Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and our technical teams. You’ll be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and validating requirements; modeling processes and data flows; and translating them into user stories and system specifications in Azure DevOps. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate (engineering, MBA, or marketing background) with strong analytical skills and internship experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Requirements Gathering & Documentation
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit business requirements
• Develop clear and concise Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• Process & Data Modeling
• Create flow diagrams (e.g., BPMN, UML activity diagrams) and data flow diagrams
• Map “as-is” and “to-be” processes
• System & Functional Specifications
• Draft System Specifications (SS) detailing functional requirements, data models, and UI wireframes
• Define acceptance criteria and business rules
• Azure DevOps User Stories
• Translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps
• Prioritize backlog items in collaboration with Product Owners and Tech Leads
• Collaboration & Communication
• Liaise between business stakeholders, developers, QA, and UX/UI teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
• Quality Assurance Support
• Assist QA teams by clarifying requirements and reviewing test cases
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria
• Continuous Improvement
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend optimizations
• Contribute to best practices, templates, and standards for requirements engineering

QualificationsMust-Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration (MBA), Marketing, or related field
• Internship or project experience in a business analysis, product management, or project coordination role
• Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
• Familiarity with requirements documentation (BRD, FRD) and process modeling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams

Preferred

• Exposure to Azure DevOps or other agile backlog management tools (Jira, TFS)
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Knowledge of UML or BPMN notation
• UX/UI wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma)
• SQL or basic data analysis skills

Pay: ₹12,544.60 - ₹35,362.50 per month
