Technical skills and qualifications required for the role:

• Overall 10+ years experience with an understanding of new/existing regulatory requirements from stakeholders and specify them from an IT perspective to ensure Regulatory Compliance.
• Good Knowledge on

  Derivatives especially OTC Derivatives

  with Fixed Income & Equity underlying, F2B Trade Life Cycle, Clearing & Settlement.
• Very good understanding (conceptual) of OTC derivative products and Trade Life Cycle is necessary. Hands on experience, not necessary but good to have.
• Prior experience in Regulatory Reporting is a plus.

Roles and responsibilities:

1. Follow and understand the Transaction reporting changes for Global Market

2. Organize or attend meetings which will clarify the need and the options available for their

implementation.

3. Write specifications for developers or other teams involved in the reporting chain.

4. Ensure that changes, you are in charge of, are delivered correctly. Assist the testers in setting up test cases and validate their results.

5. Participate/lead the team meetings and help the team in the continuous improvements of our way of working

6. Train the team members and ensure the knowledge transfer

7. Support the IT changes and introduction of new patterns

8. Communicate with the sponsors and stakeholders and share the progress

Role: Sr. Business Analyst

Work Location: NKP, Mumbai

Technical skills and qualifications required for the role:

• 15+ years of combined industry, management and technology experience, preferably within the IT Services industry dealing with Financial Services Fortune 500 companies.

• Exceptional knowledge of Capital markets and back-office settlement systems.

• Experience in working with global setups (APAC, EMEA, NAR)
• Knowledge and experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the technical designing phase, document designs, UML diagrams and models.
• Prepare functional specifications for developers and testers.
• Prepare test plans and conduct functional and integration testing.
• Prepare demand dashboards and plan project deliverables to run the projects end to end.
• Estimate efforts, prepare schedule of delivery, and meet deadlines.
• Create prototype for proof of concept and business requirements validations.
• Provide functional expertise to Development/Testing teams.
• Mentor junior BA team members, resolving their problems.
• Conduct user training sessions on applications and functionalities.
• Train others to ensure knowledge sharing and backup.
• To always ensure production stability, changes delivered are of good quality, ensure critical incidents are fixed on priority.
• Provide L3 Support. To participate in out-of-hours / daytime support as required
• Review, report, resolve, mitigate and escalate risks and issues as appropriate to stakeholders.
