Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst with a strong QA background who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and ensure high-quality delivery by leveraging their QA experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and use cases.
• Perform gap analysis and impact assessment to recommend process improvements.
• Design and execute test cases, test plans, and perform system testing to validate business requirements.
• Act as a liaison between business, development, and QA teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of business goals.
• Support defect tracking, issue resolution, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations to management.

Desired Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 – 4 years of professional experience in Business Analysis and Quality Assurance.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Proven experience in writing test cases, performing manual testing, and defect reporting.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman, TestRail, or similar.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver within tight deadlines.
• Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
