Field Sales Executive

Position Overview: We are expanding our Sales Team to strengthen our dealer and distributor network across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, onboarding new partners, and expanding product reach in their designated region. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned region. Identify, onboard, and manage new dealers and distributors. Increase product availability in key markets. Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners. Execute retail engagement and promotional activities to generate demand. Explore and develop new market opportunities. Ensure timely collection of payments from clients. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand needs and deliver solutions. Provide insights and feedback to improve product and sales strategies. Candidate Profile: Qualification: MBA in Marketing or Sales. Experience: 2–3 years in field sales, preferably in architectural hardware or related sectors. Preferred Industry Background: Europa, Pidilite, Hettich, Hafele, Dorset, Godrej, Ebco, Ozone, Blum, Dormakaba, Hardwyn, Link Locks, Assa Abloy, GEZE, KAFF, Labacha, Eagle Hardware, Aaryan Hardware, Kliq Hardware. Skills Required: Strong communication skills (verbal and written). Proficient in Hindi, English, and local regional language. Excellent MS Office and Google Workspace skills (especially Google Sheets). In-depth understanding of the sales process. Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Problem-solving mindset with customer-centric approach. Willingness to travel as required.
