You will be responsible for delivering high-performance applications and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture and development of cross-platform mobile apps using React Native. Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver high-quality features. Code reviews, mentoring, and team performance management. Optimize applications for speed and scalability. Requirements: 7–10 years of experience in mobile development with 3+ years in React Native. Strong understanding of REST APIs, Redux, and native app deployment (Android/iOS). Proven leadership skills and experience managing teams.
