Job Description

Job Responsibilities: ï‚· Independently consults with users regarding business needs and how business systems can support those needs ï‚· Conducting Product Demonstration ï‚· Lead efforts to gather and analyze data required to prepare business process and procedural documentation ï‚· Capturing business requirements, processes and objectives, translating business requirements into a solution design ï‚· Ensures activities required to change, maintain and administer applications meet system administration standards ï‚· Lead effort to develop Application test cases and test scripts for the preparation and execution of system testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing according to test plans. Validates detailed test cases are properly executed to ensure software and reports are functioning properly. ï‚· Conduct CRP, UAT and obtain necessary Sign off ï‚· Work with Project Management Office to execute consulting and project planning methodologies. ï‚· Managing Cloud/SaaS-based ERP system ï‚· Produce functional documentation for assigned projects. (BRDs, Fit-Gap Documents, Configuration Docs , Visio etc.) ï‚· Coordinating with teams which includes Developers, Testers & Designers working in a distributed environment ï‚· Provide end user knowledge transfer and training as needed ï‚· Escalating work priorities among team to Ensure Go-Live ï‚· Post-go-live support Must Have ï‚· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio Creations) ï‚· Very good communication skills preferably English ï‚· Able to work under pressure and minimal supervision ï‚· Must have a streak of managing ï‚· Self-Motivated & Decision-Making Abilities Added Advantage ï‚· Should understand technology and what is ERP in general ï‚· Idea of University Business Process Work Flow (Admission / Student Financials / Academics etc.) For Campus Applications ï‚· Business Process Knowledge of payroll, Benefits and absence management process would be preferred for HCM Applications. ï‚· MBA in HR / Industry Experience ï‚· Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus / PeopleSoft HRMS / Fusion HCM is preferabl Show more Show less
