Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Analyst specializing in the Retail and Healthcare domains. The Business Analyst will engage in analyzing business needs, gathering and documenting business requirements, improving business processes, and providing actionable insights. The role requires the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and ensure that business goals align with organizational outcomes.

Location: Onsite – Pune, IndiaExperience: 6+ YearsJob Description:We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Retail and Healthcare domains to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional specifications.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define detailed requirements.Conduct gap analysis, feasibility studies, and process mapping for Retail and Healthcare workflows.Prepare BRD, FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure successful solution delivery.Facilitate workshops, UAT sessions, and sprint planning meetings.Analyze data trends and create reports for decision-making.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Healthcare domain (HIPAA, HL7, etc.).Required Skills:6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail and Healthcare domains.Strong knowledge of business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement elicitation.Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred:Exposure to EHR, EMR, POS, or eCommerce systems.Certification in CBAP, CCBA, or Agile BA is an added advantage.
