Role Overview We’re looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and thrives on translating data into actionable insights. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather requirements. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau. Assist in creating business cases, project plans, and performance KPIs. Support product and marketing teams with data-driven recommendations. Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide strategic decisions. Present findings to leadership in a clear and concise manner. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field. [2+] years of experience in a business analysis, data analytics, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker) is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
