About The Role
Under the direction of the Product Owner, the
Business Analyst
will manage projects related to software product development for their designated product team.
The Business Analyst will review the business needs of clients, network partners and stakeholders to help identify business problems, propose and document solutions
. This individual will understand and implement the standards and compliance measures consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Work under the guidance of the Product Owner to manage and deliver key software development projects.
- Analyze the business needs of clients, stakeholders, and network partners to identify gaps, define requirements, and propose solutions.
- Translate business problems into functional and non-functional requirements.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation including business cases, process flows, project specifications, and test cases.
- Ensure consistent implementation of standards, processes, and compliance measures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, and product teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks or bottlenecks.
- Provide ongoing support and analysis throughout the project lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience
.
Experience
- 3+ yrs business experience related to payroll or other HCM services.
- Associates degree or equivalent business experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and capabilities.
- Organization and prioritization skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail with respect to documenting project specifications and test cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently on assigned project work.

Additional Details:-
- First 3 months: Contractual, remote work (anywhere in India)
- After 3 months: Permanent, on-site in Hyderabad (support provided for relocation, if needed)
