About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT services to our clients, ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded. You will act as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating resources and managing expectations to deliver seamless IT solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of IT service management frameworks, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or similar are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management, with a proven track record of managing complex service delivery environments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholder relationships. A solid understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity principles is also required.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services to clients, ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and contractual obligations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing escalations and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including technical support, project management, and account management, to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning IT services accordingly.
- Monitor service performance metrics, generate reports, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage service transition processes, including onboarding new clients and deploying new technologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new service offerings and innovations.
