Business Analyst

As a candidate for the role, your responsibilities will include: - Understanding customers" business needs and providing effective solutions. - Analyzing the existing ecosystem of the Customer and devising optimal processes to integrate with their systems. - Collaborating with customers in a consultative manner and recommending industry best practices for the solution. - Defining Project Charter with customers and ensuring timely execution within agreed timelines. - Serving as the Key Point of Contact for all customer discussions and escalations. - Demonstrating proficiency in documentation with the ability to write and review BRDs, FSDs, and SRS. - Applying experience in multiple SDLC methodologies. - Coordinating with UI and UX teams to create design specs and develop visual and interaction design for application workflow. - Working closely with internal teams to enhance customer service. - Collaborating with the product development team to relay client feedback and conduct post-implementation reviews. - Engaging with the technical team to perform functional testing and support regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the testing phase. - Participating in group level initiatives, contributing to defining the product roadmap, and focusing on process improvements. - Reviewing team progress and project health in Project Management tools, and taking corrective measures to mitigate risks. You are required to meet the following qualifications: - A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (CS/IT/EC). - Minimum 6 years of experience in implementing Software products. - Capability to handle multiple clients, projects, and tasks concurrently. - Proficiency in documentation and strong presentation skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Willingness to travel to customer locations as necessary. - Understanding of unique features and challenges of SaaS applications. - Knowledge of CRM implementation will be advantageous. - Emphasis on timely execution of projects and tasks. - Focus on delivering quality results and maintaining a process-oriented approach.,
