Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications
• Identify process gaps and propose data-backed improvement strategies
• Support product and project teams with business insights and recommendations
• Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role
• Strong understanding of business processes and requirements management
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL, Excel modeling, or data visualization techniques
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in
