We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, development, and optimization of a proposed software project. This role requires ownership of the full business analysis lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation and user adoption. The Business Analyst will ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are effectively delivered, and business outcomes are met.
· Familiar with organising/collating data in formats that will support workflows, building inventory and joins for insights.
· Collaborate with other departments/teams and IT stakeholders to align the tool with operational and compliance needs.
· Support migration, integration, UAT, etc
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst within procurement, vendor management, or supply chain domains.
· Expertise in documenting BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
· Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucid chart)
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage requirements and expectations across business and IT teams.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
