As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be responsible for driving and maintaining the quality of our software products through comprehensive manual and/or automation testing processes. Ensure best practices for QA processes, tools, and methodologies are followed and improved continuously. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical assistance and code reviews (if automation is involved). Track and report key quality metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and open defect counts. Stay updated with the latest QA trends, tools, and technologies to enhance testing efficiency. Requirements Minimum of 4+ years of proven experience in software quality assurance. Strong expertise in software QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices. Hands-on experience in Manual Testing, including functional, regression, and exploratory testing. Experience in Automation Testing (preferred but not mandatory), using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Strong knowledge of defect management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar. Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Experience with API testing and database testing is a plus.
