The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a proven track record in managing complex projects involving data, systems, and cross-functional coordination. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure effective planning, tracking, and delivery of all project milestones. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end management of the Asset Registry project, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting. Drive data quality, governance, and process improvement initiatives across asset tracking and lifecycle management. Develop project plans, timelines, and documentation, ensuring all tasks align with broader organizational objectives. Liaise with internal stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration of systems, including ServiceNow. Leverage ServiceNow to enhance asset management processes, workflow automation, and reporting capabilities. Monitor project performance using data-driven metrics, proactively managing risks and dependencies. Prepare regular updates for senior management on progress, key decisions, and emerging issues. Promote a culture of accountability, organization, and continuous improvement within the project team. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred. 8+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects, ideally within data-intensive environments. Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, particularly in modules related to asset management, ITSM, or CMDB. Data-driven decision-maker with excellent analytical, problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational and communication skills. Demonstrated self-starter mentality capable of delivering high-quality results with minimal supervision. Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the design, development, and optimization of a Vendor Management Operations (VMO) tool. This role requires ownership of the full business analysis lifecycle, from initial discovery through implementation and user adoption. The Business Analyst will ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions are effectively delivered, and business outcomes are met. Key Responsibilities Elicitation & Discovery: Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement-gathering sessions to understand vendor management and procurement needs. Documentation: Develop BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process maps, and data dictionaries with clear acceptance criteria. Analysis & Design: Define “as-is” processes, identify gaps, and model optimized “to-be” workflows in alignment with business goals. Required Skills, Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst within procurement, vendor management, or supply chain domains. Strong knowledge of vendor lifecycle processes, contract compliance, and procurement operations. Understanding of ERP/procurement platforms (SAP Concur, Oracle, Workday, etc.). Expertise in documenting BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications. Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucid chart) Strong stakeholder engagement skills to manage requirements and expectations across business and IT teams.
