Business Analyst

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret business and performance data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into

• Assist in defining process improvements, automation opportunities, and data workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports.

✨ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field

  .

• 2 years of experience

  as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in

  Excel/Google Sheets, SQL

  , and BI tools.
• Experience with

  data visualization tools

  such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
• Ability to translate business problems into structured analytical approaches.
• Strong understanding of KPIs, metrics, and performance tracking.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and documentation skills.
