About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solving business problems through structured data analysis, building insights, and enabling strategic decision-making. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work cross-functionally, and a passion for using data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, finance, and marketing to identify business problems and define analytical solutions.
• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and frameworks to track business performance and identify trends.
• Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.
• Translate complex data findings into clear and concise presentations for leadership teams.
• Partner with product and tech teams to define metrics, measure outcomes, and optimize processes.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for automation and process efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a Tier-1 engineering college (IIT, NIT, BITS, or equivalent).
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, analytics, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and at least one data querying language (SQL, Python, or R).
• Experience working with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong ownership and accountability.

Good to Have:

• Prior experience in a management consulting firm, high-growth startup, or financial services.
• Understanding of business domains like product, growth, finance, or operations.
• Exposure to statistical modeling or machine learning techniques.
