We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology by gathering, analyzing, and translating requirements into actionable solutions. This role requires excellent communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to gather and
document business requirements. - Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to drive operational
efficiency. - Create detailed functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
- Support project planning by defining scope, estimating effort, and identifying risks.
- Create process flows, wireframes, mockups, and visual models to communicate requirements
clearly. - Perform data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation to support decision-making.
- Conducting business requirement discussions with business teams and communicating
feasibility of requirements. - Communicate with stakeholders to understand prioritization of requirements and feedback on
progress. - Understand the Agile framework, be able to work closely with development and testing team in
building, developing, and executing requirements. - Responsible for understanding product requirement, identifying gaps, and innovating processes
to fill the gaps. - Work with the project team and business to identify and resolve issues that arise during projects
or as part of day-to-day business operations. - Communicate key insights and findings to product team.
- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information
Technology, or a related field. - 4-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation techniques.
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum and/or Waterfall environments.
- Excellent skills in requirement gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience with mockup and wireframing tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Axure, Adobe
XD). - Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Lucidchart, or similar.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines with quality deliverables.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and data presentation) and interpersonal skills to
effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. - Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Preferred Skills:
- Domain knowledge in Finance, Healthcare, E-commerce, or other relevant industries.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in working with data dashboards or BI tools (Power BI,
Tableau). - Familiarity with UML diagrams, BPMN, or other process modeling standards.
- Understanding of API documentation and integrations.
- Exposure to ERP/CRM systems like Salesforce, SAP, or Dynamics.
- Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
- Understanding of ISO Standards: Knowledge of relevant ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 27001
and 27701) and their application in the workplace.
