About the ProjectWe’re working on a Real Estate Platform designed to simplify property discovery and management for buyers, builders, and brokers. The platform will include dedicated modules for web, mobile, and admin users — focusing on end-to-end functionality, intuitive workflows, and strong data management.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Business Analyst who can transform conceptual ideas and high-level goals into detailed, developer-ready Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs) and a consolidated System Requirement Specification (SRS).

You’ll collaborate closely with our product, design, and engineering teams to document workflows, define data points, and ensure all business requirements are clearly captured for the development phase.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for the web, mobile, and admin modules.
• Prepare structured FRDs with user journeys, workflows, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Assist in preparing a consolidated SRS covering APIs, data flows, and integrations.
• Create a 4-week project roadmap with milestones and deliverable checkpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to validate requirements and finalize documentation for sign-off.

• Who We’re Looking For3–6 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Consultant for web & mobile applications.
• Proven experience writing FRD/SRS documents for marketplace, e-commerce, or proptech platforms.
• Strong understanding of workflows, integrations, and user experience mapping.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Available to join by 27th October 2025.
• Comfortable working hybrid from our Bangalore office (2–3 days per week).
