Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute

    end-to-end requirement gathering

    using multiple techniques (interviews, workshops, documentation analysis, etc.)
  • Perform

    gap analysis

    on existing systems and propose

    product enhancements

  • Create and manage

    Business Requirement Documents (BRD)

    and

    Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)

  • Drive

    requirement tracking, prioritization, and change management

    throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure

    solution design, delivery planning, and execution

  • Work closely with technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Create

    UI/UX wireframes, mockups, or prototypes

    using tools like

    PPT or Figma

  • Support

    functional testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

    to ensure requirements are met
  • Drive

    user adoption

    and support

    change management initiatives

  • Use

    JIRA or similar project tracking tools

    for requirement and task management
  • Perform

    basic SQL queries

    for data analysis and validation
  • Communicate effectively with

    multiple stakeholders across hierarchy levels

    to ensure timely closure of requirements
  • Act as a

    team player

    , collaborating with internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a

    Business Analyst

    , preferably in the

    BFSI domain

  • Strong understanding of

    requirement gathering methodologies

    and SDLC
  • Experience in

    gap analysis, solution design, and product enhancement

  • Hands-on experience with

    JIRA

    or similar project management tools
  • Ability to create

    wireframes, mockups, and UI concepts

  • Working knowledge of

    technology concepts

    to coordinate effectively with development teams
  • Experience in

    functional testing and UAT

  • Proficiency in

    MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Basic knowledge of

    SQL

  • Excellent

    communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work in a

    fast-paced, collaborative environment
