Learn more about Risk Advisory R & LS Your work profile Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead elicitation, analysis, and documentation of business requirements related to CCR exposure measurement, limit management, and stress testing frameworks. Collaborate with Risk, Front Office, and Technology teams to develop and enhance CCR models, including Credit Valuation Adjustment (CVA), Potential Future Exposure (PFE), and related stress testing scenarios. Drive the implementation and validation of CCR risk metrics and stress testing processes in accordance with Basel III/IV, SA-CCR, and regulatory guidelines. Develop and maintain BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and coordinate Agile delivery processes to ensure timely deployment of CCR and stress testing solutions. Conduct impact assessments of regulatory changes on CCR risk measurement and stress testing, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. Support model governance by assisting in testing, validation, and regulatory audit readiness for CCR and stress testing frameworks. Engage with cross-functional teams including Risk, Compliance, Finance, and IT to ensure robust CCR reporting and stress testing outputs. Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement of CCR risk processes and stress testing methodologies.
