Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to gather and analyze business requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement. The Business Analyst will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions, processes, and strategies to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop business cases
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business solutions, processes, and strategies
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and provide recommendations for new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against goals
• Develop and implement data analysis and reporting tools to support business decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, and provide recommendations for solutions
• Participate in the testing and validation of business solutions, providing guidance and support to ensure high quality
• Provide training and support to stakeholders to ensure successful adoption of new business processes and solutions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Experience with business analysis tools such as SWOT analysis, stakeholder analysis, and process mapping
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus
