Business Analyst

We are looking for Business Analyst to drive research, data insights, and business planning for our EdTech initiatives. This role is perfect for someone who can blend market research, data interpretation, and strategic thinking to influence key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Market Research & Analysis

• Research EdTech industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Identify market gaps, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
• Deliver actionable reports to guide product and business decisions.

Business Planning & Strategy Development

• Build and maintain business plans, revenue models, and GTM strategies.
• Provide insights for new product offerings, partnerships, and expansion plans.

Data Analysis & Insights

• Collect, clean, and analyze user data, survey results, and pilot outcomes.
• Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making.

Stakeholder Communication

• Collaborate with founders, product, and marketing teams to align strategy with execution.
• Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Process & Documentation

• Maintain structured documentation of research, assumptions, and business models.
• Ensure transparency and traceability in all analyses.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

• Timely delivery of market/competitor research reports.
• Accuracy of forecasts (variance <15–20%).
• Adoption rate of insights in product/business decisions.
• Positive leadership feedback on clarity and usefulness of recommendations.
• 100% documentation of research and analysis in structured formats.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in EdTech or SaaS).
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis tools; SQL knowledge preferred.
• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and turn data into actionable strategies.
