Job Description

YOUR ROLE: A chance to make the difference.

Business Analyst

Develop and analyse business reports and dashboards to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analyses to support strategic and product decision-making.
Build, manage, and optimize dashboards and reports in Power BI to monitor key performance metrics.
Document, assess, and improve business workflows, highlighting process gaps and proposing data-driven solutions.
Collaborate closely with operations, management, and cross-functional teams to support process automation and improve efficiency.
Translate complex data into meaningful insights that drive strategic decisions and measurable improvement

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelors degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience, with consulting firm experience (Tier-1 preferred) strongly valued.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, scenario modeling, advanced formulas).
Strong expertise in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, interactive dashboard design, and reporting).
Understanding of business operations in the software industry
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
