Job Summary We are looking for a female Business Analyst with 4-7 years of experience who possesses excellent communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and a professional demeanor. The ideal candidate should be skilled in analyzing client requirements, understanding technical complexities, and converting business needs into clear documentation easily understood by both technical and design teams. She should also have proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity, gather insights, and streamline requirement analysis processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements.

• Understand technical challenges and functional requirements to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

• Convert client requirements into Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Specification Documents (FSD), and Use Case documents.

• Ensure all documentation is clear, structured, and easily understood by technical developers and design teams.

• Conduct requirement workshops, presentations, and walkthroughs with both stakeholders and internal teams.

• Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are correctly implemented.

• Leverage AI tools for requirement gathering, documentation automation, analysis, and productivity improvement.

• Track and validate requirement changes during the project lifecycle to ensure proper delivery.

• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, maintaining professional communication and client relationships.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), MBA, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 4-7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT, SaaS, or related domains.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

• Ability to understand technical complications and effectively translate them into business documentation.

• Strong experience in preparing requirement documents, workflows, and process diagrams.

• Proficiency in using AI tools for analysis, documentation, and reporting.

• Strong problem-solving approach with attention to detail and clarity.

• Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced project environments
