Business Analyst

The role requires a product development mindset, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to envision and support strategic transformation capabilities. The individual will work with strategic partners and SaaS vendors to develop/maintain cutting-edge solutions and ensure value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to define and deliver solutions aligned with industry best practices and business needs.
• Drive product development and continuous improvement with advanced features.
• Collaborate with business partners, development teams, and architects to ensure quality implementation and adoption.
• Provide oversight of vendor-driven activities, review solutions, prepare BRDs, use cases, and user stories.
• Apply Agile practices to deliver features and new business capabilities.
• Support rollouts, roadmaps, and ongoing product management.
• Ensure traceability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and practices to assess business applicability.
• Contribute to transformation strategies during organizational change.

• Product SME (Business & Functional) 50%
• Communication & Relationship Management – 15%

• International travel (up to 10%)

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile methodology, backlog management, Azure DevOps or Jira, and user story documentation.
• Prior involvement in product development teams.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to lead and coordinate global teams.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience working across multiple teams/technologies.

• Experience working with outsourced development teams.
