Job Description

Role & responsibilities : Develop and maintain Performance Tests using LoadRunner or Jmeter. Creating and maintaining Performance Automations using Jenkins. Analyze performance test Results and Present the results to relevant stake holders. Analyze the Performance issues and provide recommendations to Dev team. Monitor the application under test during the Test Executions. Creating performance monitoring dashboards using any APM tools like Datadog, AppD, Grafana etc. Test new versions for performance regressions. Creating Performance Test Plan as per the NFRs. Working closely with developers, architects, QA and DevOps. Position Requirements: Requirements: BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. At least 6 years of experience in performance engineering. At least 3 experience in performance testing with LoadRunner/Jmeter (especially with Web, TruClient and Java over HTTP protocols). Proven experience in developing load test scripts/scenarios, system monitoring, detecting problems and analyzing/validating execution results. Strong skills in identifying, diagnosing, and solving compound performance issues as well as providing detailed technical analysis. Knowledge of scripting and/or programming languages (Java -preferred, JavaScript, Python, Perl). Experience working with cloud products and Knowledge in Cloud architecture (AWS and/or Azure). Knowledge and experience of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, EKS). Excellent Linux knowledge with proven experience in both OS commands and machine monitoring. Familiarity with application performance monitoring - Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Datadog or similar. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Very independent, self-managed, task leading capabilities, team player, pleasant to work with. Advantages: Experience with CI/CD tool.
