Qualification and Expectations: 1) Some experience supporting data centers with highly-available infrastructure. 2) Experience managing vendors for data centers, hardware maintenance contracts, etc. 3) A good understanding of ServiceNow. 4) Excellent organizational and communication skills. 5) Customer-service oriented with good written/oral communication skills. 6) Ability to work with minimal supervision, making decisions based upon priorities, schedules, and an understanding of business initiatives. 7) Critical attention to detail, thoroughness and documentation. 8) An innovative mindset always looking to address problems and gaps and looking to make improvements through automation.
