Technical Database Project Manager to lead and coordinate database-related projects across our organization. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in database systems and project management capabilities to ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of database solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project management for database initiatives including migrations, upgrades, integrations, and new implementations.

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Proficient in change management process and project management (MSFT Project)

Collaborate with database administrators (DBAs), developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.

Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and schedule.

Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.

Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations

Provide regular status updates and reports to leadership and stakeholders.

Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
