Project Manager

As a seasoned Project Manager with expertise in driving complex B2B, ERP, or Marketplace projects, you will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects from inception to delivery. Your background in Agile methodologies, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and experience in leading cross-functional teams will be crucial in ensuring project success. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery for multiple concurrent projects. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals, timelines, and budgets. - Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. - Effectively manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests. - Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. - Prepare detailed project reports, dashboards, and performance updates for senior leadership and clients. - Manage fixed-price and time & material (T&M) projects for profitability and quality delivery. - Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the project team. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of proven project management experience in IT or software development. - Hands-on experience managing B2B, ERP, or Marketplace implementation projects. - Strong stakeholder management and client communication skills. - Deep understanding and practical application of Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Proven success in managing fixed-price projects. - Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
