Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Account Manager - Ahmedabad at NoBrokerHood. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring the provision of relevant services. The role involves regular interaction with society admins, guards, and residents to ensure seamless operation. Daily tasks include account management, client support, and coordination with various teams to enhance service delivery.

• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Experience in Coordination and Team Collaboration
• Knowledge in Community and Property Management Systems
• Ability to work on-site at the Ahmedabad location
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role within the technology or real estate sector is a plus
