Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Account Manager, located in Noida. The Business Account Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs, analyzing market trends, and preparing reports on account status. The role also requires negotiating contracts, handling client queries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of NoBrokerHood's products and services.

Qualifications

• Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Market Analysis
• Strong Negotiation and Communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports
• Knowledge of the real estate or property management industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
