Business Account Manager

What You’ll Do

As a Business Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person connecting our Sales and Operations teams while keeping clients happy and campaigns on track. Think of yourself as the glue that makes everything stick.

• Build strong relationships with clients and make sure their needs are understood and delivered.

• Work closely with the sales team on new opportunities and smooth onboarding.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure campaigns run on time and hit the mark.

• Spot upsell or cross-sell opportunities that add value for clients.

• Keep an eye on project timelines, performance, and results — and communicate clearly with everyone involved.

• Jump in to solve challenges quickly, keeping things moving without bottlenecks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or business development (digital marketing background is a big plus).

• Great communication skills (you’ll be talking to clients, sales, and ops daily).

• A multitasker who stays organized under pressure.

• Problem-solver with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Excel, or CRM platforms.

• Most importantly: someone who’s excited to grow with us and make an impact.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
