- Proven expertise with one or more enterprise LMS platforms (Cornerstone OnDemand, SABA, SuccessFactors, Moodle, Blackboard, etc.).
- Strong functional knowledge of learning workflows, compliance training, and learner analytics.
- Hands-on technical knowledge of LMS standards (SCORM, AICC, xAPI)
- Experience with system integrations (HRIS, SSO, APIs, reporting tools). What are we looking for?
- Manage end-to-end LMS operations, including user management, course creation, catalog management, and reporting.
- Configure learning workflows, permissions, curricula, certifications, and compliance learning paths.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure smooth learner experience across multiple devices.
- Oversee LMS integrations with HRIS, talent systems, content authoring tools, and other enterprise platforms.
- Conduct course deployments and testing (SCORM 1.2/2004, AICC, xAPI).
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with vendors/IT teams.
- Partner with Instructional Designers, Developers, and Media Teams to support course deployment and content quality.
- Provide training, guidance, and job aids for administrators and end users.
- Support change management and adoption strategies for new LMS features and upgrades
- Keep abreast of emerging LMS technologies, standards, and best practices.
- Evaluate and implement advanced functionalities (AI, analytics, mobile-first learning).
- Recommend process improvements to align with evolving learning strategies. Roles and Responsibilities:
