Translate business and learning requirements into scalable, tool-agnostic, tech-enabled solutions that meet client needs and user expectations.Design and prototype course solutions, conduct integration testing with LMS platforms (e.g., CSOD, Saba, SuccessFactors), and guide deployment to ensure optimal learner experience.Develop supporting materials including technical documentation, job aids, and onboarding content to enable cross-functional teams.Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and upskill the content development team on existing and emerging authoring tools and platforms.Drive research and experimentation (R&D) into new technical solutions, frameworks, and platforms aligned to client goals and company strategy.Collaborate with Instructional Designers, Media Developers, and Platform Teams to co-create high-quality, technically sound learning products.Monitor and report on team progress and technical outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.Stay ahead of the curve on trends in automation, mobile-first learning, and intelligent content delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
