Purpose/Objective


    The BU Strategy Partner will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, governance frameworks, and financial insights for the Data Center business under AdaniConneX. This role is designed to align with the business unit’s vision of building a 2GW data center infrastructure platform by 2030, leveraging Adani Group’s expertise in mega-structure development and EdgeConneX’s global benchmarks in data center operations. The incumbent will provide actionable insights, robust MIS & reporting, and strategic dashboards to support the CEO Office in decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute business strategies aligned with AdaniConneX’s vision and operational goals, ensuring scalability and sustainability. - Design and implement comprehensive MIS frameworks to provide real-time, actionable insights into business performance. - Create and manage governance models to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and operational benchmarks. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making. - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO Office based on in-depth analysis of market trends, financial data, and operational metrics. - Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness through data-driven strategies and process optimization. - Support the CEO Office in preparing high-impact presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders. - Drive alignment between business unit priorities and Adani Group’s broader mission of sustainable and socially conscious growth. - Act as a liaison between the CEO Office and other business units to ensure seamless communication and execution of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience


    Required Qualifications & Experience - Proven experience of 13–17 years in business strategy, MIS & reporting, governance, and financial insights. - Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing dashboards and performance metrics. - Strong background in data analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Educational Background - Chartered Accountant - Post-graduate degree in Management with a specialization in Finance (preferred). Years & Type of Experience - 10–15 years of experience in business strategy, governance, and financial insights. - Experience in business strategy and strategic reporting. Key Skills - Strategic & financial acumen - Data-driven decision-making - Governance frameworks and performance management systems. - Financial modeling, market analysis, and strategic planning. - Stakeholder collaboration Digital & Operational Tools - Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar. - Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting software. - Familiarity with digital transformation tools and methodologies relevant to the data center industry. Leadership Capabilities - Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes. - Proven ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders. - Demonstrated success in driving operational efficiency and achieving strategic goals. - Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. First-Year Success Indicators (KPIs) KPIDescription Strategic Initiative Execution Successfully implement at least 3 key strategic initiatives aligned with AdaniConneX’s goals. MIS Framework Development Design and deploy a comprehensive MIS framework within the first 6 months. Financial Dashboard Accuracy Achieve 95% accuracy in financial dashboards and reporting metrics. Governance Model Implementation Establish and operationalize governance models for key business processes. Stakeholder Engagement Facilitate seamless communication and alignment between the CEO Office and other business units. Organizational Interfaces InterfacePurpose of Engagement CEO Office Provide strategic insights, reports, and recommendations for decision-making. Finance Department Collaborate on financial dashboards, reporting, and performance metrics. Operations Team Align operational strategies with business objectives and governance models. IT & Digital Transformation Support the integration of digital tools and analytics platforms. Marketing & Business Development Coordinate on market analysis and strategic initiatives. Project Management Office Ensure alignment of project execution with strategic goals. External Consultants Engage for specialized insights and benchmarking against industry standards. Projects Team Project delivery strategy & progress reporting, budgeting & timelines
