Job Summary:

The Branding, Communications & Event Specialist will play a key role in driving brand visibility, internal and external events and stakeholder communications and experiential marketing programs. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and highly collaborative individual who can manage end-to-end branding projects, internal and external communications, and corporate events while ensuring alignment with the global brand platform and core values.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Visual Identity

• Lead implementation of brand guidelines across internal and external touchpoints, ensuring consistency with the global identity system.
• Manage branding requirements for facilities, dealerships, events, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with creative agencies and vendors for development and execution of collaterals, signage, and facility branding.
• Support brand campaigns and launches in alignment with business unit objectives.

Events & Engagement

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events, exhibitions, product launches, roadshows etc.
• Manage end-to-end event lifecycle from conceptualization, vendor management, and logistics to on-ground execution and post-event evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, HSE, Admin, HR, and Business Units) for seamless execution.
• Track and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and compliance with procurement processes.

Communications

• Develop and execute communication plans to support key business initiatives, leadership messages, and internal programs.
• Draft, edit, and publish content for newsletters, intranet, social media, and other communication channels.
• Support leadership communications speech notes, talking points, presentations, and video messages.
• Partner with global and regional communications teams to ensure message alignment and best practice sharing.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with creative, event management, and production agencies for project execution.
• Develop SOWs, RFPs, and manage vendor evaluations in partnership with procurement teams.
• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into communication and branding deliverables.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Masters degree in mass communication, Marketing, or related field
• 5–6 years of experience in corporate communications, brand management, or event management roles — preferably in a multinational or B2B organization.
• Proven experience managing corporate events, vendor relationships, and communication campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong project management, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools is a plus.
