The Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service. This role involves communicating with clients, addressing their inquiries, and collaborating with internal departments to deliver tailored solutions that align with our offerings in the steel construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Engage with clients via phone calls, emails, or in-person meetings to understand and address their needs. Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve client queries promptly, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Record Maintenance: Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and communications. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-lasting business relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and trust. Feedback Implementation: Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements in our services and offerings. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and event management teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
