Role & responsibilities

About Us:

We are a leading organizer of industry-focused expos and events, providing platforms for networking, knowledge-sharing, and business growth. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to manage our digital campaigns, SEO initiatives, content strategy, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution and maximum visibility for our events.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, create, and schedule social media content on a monthly calendar.

* Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and brand-aligned creatives.

* Design creatives for team members using tools like Canva.

* Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns including paid ads, WhatsApp, RCS, and SMS campaigns and generate leads for events.

* Do SEO to ensure website optimization and update content for better search visibility.

* Ensure websites and apps are up-to-date, error-free, and optimized for user experience.

* Work closely with the Agency to monitor promotions and ensure lead quality.

* Share creatives and promotional content with external partners for campaign execution.

* Evaluate lead sources and campaign performance to ensure targets are being met.

* Regularly check the backend of event websites and apps for smooth functioning.

* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with technical teams to resolve problems quickly.

* Ensure all forms (especially exhibitor logins) are functional.

* Develop marketing strategies and campaign ideas for upcoming events.

* Coordinate with vendors for outdoor promotions and organize meetings to streamline activities.

* Participate in weekly reporting meetings to review progress and plan for upcoming campaigns.

* Create post-event evaluation reports with insights and improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.

* 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in event-based or B2B industries.

* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads), WhatsApp, SMS, and RCS campaigns.

* Hands-on experience in SEO and website optimization.

* Familiarity with social media tools and platforms.

* Good understanding of CRM, lead management, and campaign tracking tools.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

* Attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency and content quality.
