Key Responsibilities

Strategic Communications & Leadership Support

• Develop comprehensive communication plans (internal and external) and key messages for senior leaders.
• Partner with leadership teams to articulate business priorities and align communications to organizational goals.
• Plan and execute quarterly town halls, leadership presentations, talking points, and internal messaging frameworks etc.

Internal & External Campaigns

• Design and implement internal communication programs to cascade BU strategy and enhance employee engagement with business objectives and strategy.
• Lead external marketing and customer engagement initiatives across the Engine and Components segments.
• Drive integrated campaigns that align with business objectives and strengthen customer relationships.

Content Creation & Collateral Development

• Develop and manage high-quality marketing content including newsletters, brochures, product literature, videos, and other assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels and platforms.
• Generate engaging business stories for PR and social media aligned with the corporate brand voice.

Events & Engagement

• Plan and manage exhibitions, trade shows, customer visits, and other engagement events in collaboration with Experiential Marketing, PR & Social media teams.
• Deliver impactful experiences that effectively showcase BU solutions and reinforce the brand’s market positioning.

Digital & Social Media and PR

• Drive social media initiatives to increase engagement and reach across relevant platforms.
• Create and manage intranet stories, digital content, and website updates to enhance internal and external visibility.
• Collaborate with the External Communications Lead to drive PR initiatives that build awareness and trust for the business.
• Coordinate with media and PR agencies for impactful storytelling and coverage.

Collaboration & Governance

• Work cross-functionally with Corporate Communications teams in India and globally to ensure alignment with central projects and brand strategy.
• Develop

  integrated marketing communication strategies

  in collaboration with the global communications team.
• Manage budgets, vendor coordination, PR processes, and purchase orders for all Marcom activities.
