Were Hiring: Outbound Customer Care Executive

Role:

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers generated through marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads into MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) and nurture them further.
Engage with customers to understand requirements and move qualified prospects into
Educate prospects on solar products, services, and financial benefits so as to quality prospects into SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) for the sales team.
Maintain and update records in the CRM system with accurate lead status.
Prepare MIS with business insights

What Were Looking For:

Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English; regional languages a plus)
Prior experience in outbound calling/telemarketing/customer service
Energetic, target-driven, and passionate about renewable energy
Ability to manage customer queries with professionalism and empathy
