Job Description

Responsible for delivery of Digital Application Solutions focused on Manufacturing Execution & Automation and Engineering & NPD Tools, Procurement & Supplier, EPC Site Project Management, Ariba & MDM Material Master . This role serves as the strategic interface between the business teams, IT solution vendors and IT organization for the purpose of manufacturing Plant automation, IT application discovery, deployment & service operations management. Job Responsibilities: Communicate with business partners to elicit, analyze, communicate, document, and validate requirements. Changes in business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems ensuring testing requirements are met. Involves in developing and implementing automated systems for various manufacturing processes, such as assembly, machining, and inspection along other automation technologies like robots, sensors, control system. Release requirement document to invite proposals for implementation and/or maintenance. Evaluate & internally recommend new technology solutions for customer facing application proposed by technology partners. Build business case in consultation with business stakeholders. Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology partners and IT teams (SAP, Infra & Applications) to perform following: Act as business analyst for new requirements and change requests. Lead requirement gathering and BRD preparation in collaboration with the business teams. Track rollout deliveries as per agreed timelines & cost. Issue identification and timely escalation to relevant stakeholders to resolve exceptions. Organize scheduled functional IT reviews and provide updates on progress. Documentation and adherence to change control policies & procedures of software development or project management lifecycle methodologies. Technical & Functional Skills: BE / B. Tech / MCA preferably from Manufacturing/Energy /EPC /FMCD /FMCG industry. Techno-functional with 8+ years of experience in deployment & operations management of enterprise scale digital applications of Digital Application Solutions focused on Procurement & Supplier, EPC Site Project Management, MDM Material Master, Manufacturing Execution & Automation and Engineering & NPD Tools . Good understanding of Manufacturing Plant automation, SAP MM, PP, PS, PM & QM basics and S4HANA integration experience is preferred. In-depth knowledge of software development lifecycle and deployment of cloud-based applications & APIs. Good verbal & written communication skills.
