Role: Brand Strategist


We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented, and insightful Strategy & Brand Strategist to join our Strategy team. You will play a pivotal role in shaping brand and communication strategies for some of the region’s most exciting and ambitious brands. From early-stage startups to legacy businesses looking to reinvent themselves, your work will define narratives, sharpen positioning, and unlock growth opportunities. You will manage multiple brands simultaneously, ensuring clarity and strategic depth for each, while contributing to building the agency’s culture and strategic capabilities. Strong content writing skills are essential, as your ability to craft compelling narratives, decks, and messaging will directly influence client success.



Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Development

  • Lead end-to-end brand strategy across multiple brands: audits, positioning, naming, architecture, culture, GTM, and communication.
  • Define brand purpose, audience profiles, vision & values, personality, and differentiation for each brand.
  • Build strategic frameworks: brand ladders, message houses, consumer journey maps, and friction maps.
  • Translate insights from market, consumer, and cultural research into clear brand narratives.
  • Drive innovative ideas that position the agency and each brand as category leaders.

2. Research, Insights & Analysis

  • Conduct primary and secondary research: market landscapes, competitive audits, stakeholder interviews, and user research.
  • Identify trends, white spaces, and behavioural shifts to inform future-focused strategies.
  • Turn research into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across multiple brands.

3. Client Engagement & Workshops

  • Lead strategic workshops with clients: brand, culture, perception, or innovation-focused sessions.
  • Build strong client relationships, guiding them through strategic thinking and alignment.
  • Create and deliver high-impact strategy documents, presentations, and content for multiple brands that are clear, structured, and compelling.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with creative, design, content, and account teams to ensure strategy informs execution.
  • Act as the strategic anchor across projects, ensuring creative output aligns with brand truths.
  • Manage multiple brands effectively, maintaining strategic rigor, attention to detail, and consistent messaging.

5. Agency Growth & Mentorship

  • Contribute to building the agency’s strategic capabilities, frameworks, and IP.
  • Mentor junior strategists and interns to elevate strategic thinking and content creation.
  • Drive initiatives to strengthen agency culture, processes, and client delivery excellence.
  • Bring a passion for agency building — helping define ways of working, processes, and new offerings.

Requirements:


Must-Haves:

  • 4–7 years of experience in brand strategy, consulting, advertising, consumer insights, or startups.
  • Strong strategic and storytelling skills, with experience in developing brand frameworks and narratives.
  • Proven experience handling
