Role Overview

We’re looking for a Brand Strategist / Brand Manager who understands fashion, culture, and modern brand building. Someone who can shape how the brand shows up across platforms — emotionally, culturally, and commercially.

You’ll help sharpen our positioning, build stronger narratives for collections and launches, and turn trends + market signals into clear actions for marketing and content.


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and refine the overall

    brand strategy, positioning, and customer promise

  • Develop brand narratives for

    collections, drops, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations

  • Create

    campaign briefs

    (concept, key message, creative direction, hooks, CTA, moodboards) for content + marketing teams
  • Improve

    product storytelling

    : naming logic, collection themes, hero products, and why-it-matters framing
  • Track brand health signals:

    engagement quality, shareability, retention, repeat purchase cues, sentiment, and feedback loops

  • Study competitors and trends across

    fashion, jewellery, creators, pricing, drops, and aesthetic codes

    — and turn insights into actions
  • Create insight decks and presentations

    on:

A. Marketing trends

B. Industry and consumer trends

C. Competition analysis

D. Monthly/quarterly insight summaries

E. Collect, structure, and translate insights

  • Support brand growth through

    partnerships and influencer/creator alignment

    (who fits the brand, how they should speak, what to avoid)


What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in

    fashion / apparel / jewellery branding

  • Strong understanding of

    branding, storytelling, consumer psychology, and culture

  • Strong research + synthesis ability — you can turn information into

    clear POV + direction

  • Comfortable working with

    digital-first

    content ecosystems (IG, Reels, creators, ads, PDPs)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills (clear decks, sharp briefs, clean thinking)
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with fast feedback loops


Nice to Have

  • Experience working with

    D2C brands

  • Exposure to

    campaign planning, drops, and product launches

  • Understanding of

    premium/luxury positioning

    (materials, craft, desirability, restraint)
  • Familiarity with

    sterling silver / jewellery category storytelling

    (care, wearability, gifting, everyday styling)
