Job Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Advocacy & Consumer Education
  • Represent the brand with warmth, credibility, and expertise at stores, pop-ups, events, and partner locations.
  • Educate consumers on skincare concerns, ingredient benefits, product pairing routines, and usage guidance.
  • Deliver product demos and consultations aligned with brand tone and clinical accuracy.

2. Retail & Channel Presence

  • Build positive relationships with retail staff, pharmacists, dermat clinics, and beauty advisors.
  • Ensure consistent product visibility, planogram adherence, and in-store merchandising.
  • Monitor inventory levels, tester hygiene, and replenishment needs.

3. Events, Pop-ups, Sampling Parties & Community Engagement

  • Participate in skincare workshops, skin analysis camps, campus activations, and influencer/community events.
  • Assist in executing sampling drives and experiential marketing initiatives.
  • Capture consumer insights, frequently asked questions, and content-worthy stories for the marketing team.

4. Product Placement & Partner Coordination

  • Identify high-potential dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, beauty stores, and multi-brand outlets for product placement.
  • Coordinate with partners for onboarding, contracts, and execution of placements.
  • Ensure brand guidelines (visual, educational, experiential) are followed across all partner touchpoints.

5. Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain logs of store visits, events, interactions, sales impact, and placement performance.
  • Share weekly reports with marketing and category teams, including Consumer feedback, Skin concern trends, Competitor activities, Opportunities for new placements or micro-events


Qualifications & Expectations:

  • Preferable 1–3 years of experience in skincare, beauty, personal care, wellness, or customer-facing roles.
  • Comfortable with learning basic skincare principles, ingredients (e.g., niacinamide, AHAs/BHAs, peptides), and routines. 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a friendly, approachable personality.
  • High energy and comfort with face-to-face consumer interactions.
  • Willingness to travel and work weekends when events require.
