Introduction

Design Dimension is a 27 year old boutique design studio that’s looking for an enthusiastic, bold, and inspired strategist. We’re a small, vibrant studio that works in different fields of design, from communications to spatial design, and we’re looking to add Social Media Manager to our team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Strategy: Plan, conceptualize, and develop social media strategies according to the client’s brief by studying, and researching relevant information and materials, to achieve marketing targets and business goals.
  • Storyline: Create storylines, and campaign guidelines for clients, and translate that into high-quality engaging and relevant content.
  • Creative Writing: Write, edit, and publish posts with caption, and copy for Instagram posts, that follows the storyline and strategic direction.
  • Long-form Writing: Write, edit and publish long-form articles for LinkedIn, or client’s website or related blogs, award entries, and PR.
  • Analytics & Report: Create, track and report on Social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, DM’s, conversion rates).
  • Manage Timelines: Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content, and relevant.
  • Design Management: Liaise with the designers to ensure creatives and graphics are on time, and is as per the creative direction, mood boards, and brand strategy.
  • Query Handling: Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize chats and Q&A sessions.
  • Campaign Management: Create special social campaigns on occasions and as per client’s direction and executive, deliver, and measure the success of those campaigns.
  • Collaboration Management: Propose, and execute influencer and other collaborations relevant for the brands along with the suggestions for clients and manage, execute and deliver.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 3 - 6+ years of experience working as a communication strategist or a brand strategist in a creative and/or strategy role at an agency or platform.
  • Excellent presenter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • An understanding of how content is best consumed, cadenced, and optimized on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.
  • An understanding of existing and emerging media, online communities, and industry trends.
  • Experience in translating a diverse, and dynamic set of consumer and cultural research/data points, brand objectives and competing perspectives into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
