- Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Define and refine brand positioning, value propositions, and messaging frameworks to ensure differentiation and market relevance.
- Lead annual and quarterly brand planning cycles, including goal setting, KPI development, and performance analysis.
- Brand Development & Building
- Drive end-to-end brand development initiatives, from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with consumer needs and market trends.
- Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity assets to maintain consistency across channels.
- Identify and manage brand expansion opportunities, including new product development, innovations, and category extensions.
- Brand Marketing & Awareness
- Lead integrated brand marketing campaigns across digital, social, offline, and experiential channels to enhance brand awareness and consumer engagement.
- Work closely with performance marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and seamless execution.
- Analyze campaign performance, consumer behavior, and market data to optimize brand marketing effectiveness.
- Branded Content & Communication
- Develop impactful branded content strategies that resonate with target audiences, strengthen brand identity, and enhance recall.
- Manage content production including video, digital assets, social content, and brand stories in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure all communication adheres to brand guidelines and amplifies brand equity.
- Brand Activation & Consumer Engagement
- Plan and execute high-impact brand activation initiatives across retail, experiential events, partnerships, and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with sales, trade marketing, and product teams to create meaningful brand experiences that increase consumer loyalty.
- Explore innovative activation formats that drive visibility and differentiation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner with product, creative, PR, digital, and customer insights teams to translate brand goals into tangible outcomes.
- Coordinate with external agencies including creative, media, research, and production partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure strong ROI and brand impact.
- 5-8 years of progressive experience in brand management, brand marketing, or related fields within consumer-focused industries.
- Strong understanding of consumer insights, marketing funnels, and brand equity measurement frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, storytelling, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management tools is an advantage
