About the Role

As a Brand Manager, you will drive the brand’s voice across all touchpoints — digital, retail, PR, and collaborations — while leading a talented marketing team to deliver impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, retail, and events
• Ensure brand consistency across communication, visuals, and experiences
• Lead collaborations, partnerships, influencer, and PR initiatives
• Manage content creation for social media, website, newsletters, and offline collateral
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities
• Partner with product and sales teams on GTM and promotional strategies
• Measure and analyse campaign performance to ensure ROI
• Manage agencies, vendors, and creative partners
• Lead and mentor the marketing team

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
• 3–5 years’ experience in brand management/marketing
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and retail branding
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
• Creative thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
